The stack we run
Our hosting is built on a deliberately boring stack: Linux servers, Docker containers, Kamal for orchestrated deploys, and Kamal Proxy for TLS termination and routing. No Kubernetes, no managed-Lambda lock-in, no surprise platform invoices.
This is the same toolchain we use for our own products, Runwell and Outsend, and it's been chosen specifically because it's small enough to fit in one head and reliable enough to leave alone for weeks at a time.

Most hosting outages happen during deploys or during the recovery from deploys. Kamal's design, health-checked, atomic, rollback-by-default, eliminates entire classes of those failures. Combined with our monitoring and on-call practices, your site stays up while you sleep.
