We deploy and operate ONLYOFFICE on infrastructure you own. Your team gets a full office suite, documents, spreadsheets, presentations, forms, PDF editing, with real-time collaboration, full Microsoft format compatibility, and no part of your work product leaving the network you control.
Why this matters
The documents your business runs on, contracts, financial models, board materials, internal procedures, are some of the most sensitive things you produce. Storing them in Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 means trusting a third party with both the content and the metadata: who edited what, when, from where. Self-hosted ONLYOFFICE removes that exposure.
It also removes the per-seat pricing trap. With Workspace or Microsoft 365, every new hire is another monthly line item growing at the vendor's discretion. With ONLYOFFICE running on your server, headcount and cost are decoupled.
